How to buy an adopt

 
 

Message me on any of my social platforms and ask for the design that you would like to purchase. Below are places where I'm most active with responses.

Adopt Terms Of Service

🐉 Usage

  • You are allowed to use the adopt for any personal use, including roleplays, sharing on any platform, and story-writing.

  • You are allowed to put the purchased adopt in any imaginable scenarios. I do not take responsibility for the scenarios that the purchased adopt ends up in.

  • If you want to use the character for large commercial use, like opening a sticker or a shirt design business with that character, please reach out to me before you do that.

  • You are NOT allowed to use the adopt to train AI art models.

📑 What you get

 

  • Full personal ownership of the adopt.

  • Full-resolution design image.

  • Optional PSD file of the design artwork (ask me about it if you need it).

📝 My rights

 

  • I retain the right to post the adopt artwork that you have purchased on my social media as well as use it to showcase my portfolio and as promotional material for my brand.

  • I am NOT allowed to resell the sold adopt to someone else unless I buy it back from you.

🧵 Altering Adopt

 

  • You can pick any desired gender/pronouns and name for the adopt.

  • You have the freedom to come up with any lore for the character as well as their preferences and interests.

  • You may alter and adjust the character's appearance to your liking. If you want me to modify the character for you, then you can do that by commissioning a character sheet of them which will include your desired edits.

🖌️ Getting art of the Adopt

 

  • You may commission any artist to make art of the purchased adopt as well as alter their design.

♻️ Reselling

 

  • You may resell the adopt for any price, but the adopt must be sold with the same TOS that you bought it with. If you would like to sell the adopt under different TOS, please contact me for further discussion.

💵 Payment

  • I send and receive payments through PayPal invoice.

  • All prices are in USD. PayPal supports automatic currency exchange if you are using other currencies.

  • Payment plans are allowed, but you have to ask me about it in advance.

🔃 Refunds

  • I will not refund any purchased adopts after the payment has been made.
